Plot:

The futuristic city thought to be utopian is once again under threat. After decades of controlled peace, John Spartan (Sylvester Stallone) is forced out of suspended animation when a new criminal mastermind emerges from the shadows: none other than Simon Phoenix (Wesley Snipes), who has been plotting revenge and chaos from the underbelly of the society.
